Ron is an award winning speaker, certified practicing life coach, practicing Christian, and member of Lions International.

We are the sum of the choices that we have made in life.  Right or wrong each choice has an effect on us. These choices give us an overall experience.

Ron Olsen has learned and shares his experience with life choices. One of his greatest choices was twenty plus years ago when he attended his cousin’s wedding and the sister of the bride gave him a peck on the cheek. His decision was to pursue this lovely vision. Today the effect of that choice is six children (3 human and 3 Canine). Ron has a strong belief that one should be accountable for the choices that one has made.  Accountability for choices and decisions in life will propel a person forward.  Ron is the founder of Coaching by His Design a coaching practice that utilizes God’s word to help fuel success.

Personal Message from Ron Olsen:

I work with people who want to make big changes or achieve some big results such as losing weight, getting into a relationship, or starting a business that are struggling to make it happen fast.

My name is Ron I was born and raised in Independence Kansas but currently reside in Tulsa Oklahoma. I have a diverse work background primarily customer service. I have worked construction, color master, media resources, animal husbandry, retail, and call center. I belong to Toastmaster’s International, where I have earned the Distinguished Toastmaster award.

I met my wife at my cousin’s wedding she was the sister of the bride, her name is Wanda, and shortly after we married, we relocated to Tulsa Oklahoma where we had first met. Our union has created three children Matthew, Danielle, and Jeremiah. We have two black German Shepherds; Midnight and Sasha, a buff Heinz 57 dog named Cassie, a white fat cat named Tress, two frogs, and several fish.

I performed my undergraduate studies and Master’s studies at University of Phoenix utilizing several methods of study; on campus, online, flex net and directed study. My Master of Business of Administration has a dual specialization e-Business and Technology Management. My Bachelor of Science in Business had a dual major management and e-Business. I took the Dale Carnegie Course Effective Speaking and Human Relations. I studied finance at the Wichita State University, received an Associates of Art in Business from Independence Community College, and graduated from Independence Senior High School in 1983.

I have my certification through PCCA a Christian based coaching association. I was raised in the Disciple of Christ denomination but as of late have been working within a more charismatic church in Tulsa called Church on the Move. Back in March I was delivered from illness by the Holy Spirit when I was healed. I enjoy helping others reach their objectives in life and helping them find what God has planned for them.
